Lentini Communications Before any Rental Equipment is taken out 1. Purchase Orders: The renter must provide Lentini Communications with a Purchase Order: Purchase order must list name, address, and phone numbers of company 2. Insurance: Customer must show evidence of insurance coverage by providing a Certificate of Insurance naming Lentini Communications as additional insured & loss payee. In lieu of a Certificate of Insurance, the customer must leave a major credit card, or a cash deposit. 3. Deposits: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. The card holder's account will be charged for the total value of the equipment to be rented. Deposits will be returned only after all equipment has been returned and inspected by out technical department. 4. Terms and Conditions: Terms and Conditions are stated in full on the Rental Contract. The customer, or his designated signatory, is responsible for reviewing these terms. A signature acknowledges compliance and agreement and shall include any amendments to each contract. 5. Pricing: All prices, terms and specifications listed herein are subject to change without notice. First day prices are listed for each item. One week rentals are billed at 3x's the first day rate. Longer term and large package rentals are substantially discounted. We can usually accommodated the most stringent budgets. Please call us for details. 6. Problems with Equipment: Any problems with equipment must be reported immediately in order to be considered for adjustment. Lentini Communications will not be responsible for problems after termination of the rental. All claims must be determined valid by a Lentini Communications technician. 7. Shipping: Customer is responsible for picking up and returning equipment to Lentini Communications. Lentini Communications can provide delivery and return at an additional charge. Unless otherwise indicated, when equipment is in transit rental charges begin with the pickup of equipment and end with it's return. Rental charges will accrue while equipment is in transit.
