The ME 64 is a cardioid microphone capsule designed for use with the K6 and K6P powering modules. It has a very wide range of applications including reporting, interviews, dubbing, live sound reinforcement and recording applications
The ME 65 is a super-cardioid microphone capsule designed for use with the K6 and K6P powering modules. It is especially suited to vocal and speech applications.
The MKH 20 is mainly used as a main microphone for orchestras and solo instruments, and picks up the natural acoustics of the room, though it does have a much wider range of applications as omnidirectional microphones do not suffer from 'proximity effect'.
