Wired - ready to install.The K-CC: is a graphite tube about two inches long with a dimpled collar. It has a mini-male XLR on the end inside of the pole and an normal male XLR on its end. The K-CC attaches at the base end of the pole in place of the base. Factory wired poles come with the K-CC installed, and no base.The K-CCR: is electrically identical to the K-CC but the XLR connector comes out on the side and the base attaches to the end. With longer poles this allows the operator to rest the pole on its base between takes without damaging the wiring.The K-FTS: is a "Stubby" flow-through base having a slot only 1 3/4 inches long. This makes the unit much shorter over all but may allow a bit of binding with very long cables.
